Bookings, cancellations & house rules
At Healthy Asian Massage We want every customer to be able to enjoy a warm, professional, and relaxing massage experience in peace. To ensure a pleasant atmosphere and smooth scheduling for everyone, we kindly ask you to take the following arrangements into account.
Bookings
- You can make an appointment online, by telephone, or in person. A reservation is confirmed once it has been approved by our salon.
- Are you coming without a reservation? In that case, we'll be happy to see what's possible, but we cannot guarantee availability at that moment. We may ask you to wait briefly until a table is free.
- We look forward to welcoming you a few minutes before your appointment. This allows you to arrive calmly and start your treatment relaxed. If you arrive late, the treatment time may unfortunately be shorter so that the next clients can also be seen on time.
Cancelling, changing or rescheduling your appointment

We understand that sometimes things come up. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 1 hour before the start of your treatment. You can do this via the booking system, by phone, via WhatsApp or by text message to our Belgian business telephone number.
- Your replies to automatically generated SMS messages or emails will not be read or answered. Therefore, please always contact us via the provided email address, phone number, or WhatsApp channel.
- If an appointment is cancelled less than 1 hour in advance, we may charge 50% for the treatment. If you fail to attend without giving notice, we may charge 100% for the booked treatment.
- Adjustments to appointments are always made via the booking system or our planning team. This way, we avoid misunderstandings and can keep our schedule accurate. Our masseuses cannot confirm changes directly.
Because we reserve your time exclusively for you, we are usually unable to offer a late-cancelled appointment to anyone else. Thank you for your understanding.
Being late
- Late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment time without a price reduction, to ensure that subsequent appointments are not affected.
Payment
- Payment is due before the start of the treatment. You can pay with cash or electronically.
- Any costs incurred for late cancellation or no-show can be charged via invoice or payment request.
Professional and respectful environment
Healthy Asian Massage offers professional, therapeutic, and relaxing massages exclusively.

Our treatments are not medical or paramedical therapies and do not replace a consultation with a doctor, physiotherapist, or other healthcare provider. Do you have specific medical complaints, serious injuries, or are you unsure if massage is suitable for you? In that case, we recommend seeking advice from a qualified healthcare professional beforehand.
- We do not offer erotic or sensual massages. Inappropriate comments, suggestions, or behaviour are not in keeping with our professional practice. If any boundary is crossed, the treatment will be stopped immediately and the full session may be charged. In severe cases, we reserve the right to refuse further appointments.
We strive to provide a safe, respectful and relaxing environment for both our clients and our therapists.
Health and comfort
- Are you ill, do you have a fever, or are you feeling unwell? If so, we kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment in good time. This way, we can ensure a healthy and pleasant environment for everyone, together.
- Please let us know of any medical conditions, injuries, or other concerns before your treatment. This will allow us to tailor your massage to be as comfortable and safe as possible for your situation.
